Terms of rental

1. Arrival and departure.
Key to the apartment is in the keybox next to the entrance to the apartment. Key code is sent by sms to tenant. The apartment is available from 4pm on the arrival day and until 12pm on the departure day. Other times for arrival and depature need an additional confirmation.

2. Bedding.
Towels, bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are not included in the rent and has to be provided by the tenant.

3. Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the rent. By departure the apartment needs to be tidy and all garbage and disposable items needs to be removed.

4. Dog
Dogs are only allowed after confirmation with the owner

5. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment

6. Missing or damaged items
Should the tenant find any missing or damaged items in the apartment, the tenant has to inform the owners Anton I Hunsbedt, mobile +4748149091, or Torhild E Hunsbedt, +4745448645. Tenants who damage the apartment or equipment needs to cover the costs of repair and/or replacement.

Payment
The amount is paid via Paypal on order.
Deposited amount is not refunded.
The order is confirmed on payment.
The tenant has to provide its own cancellation insurance.
